Lifeline

Lifeline is a free, confidential crisis support service available to anyone in Australia. It operates 24/7, offering support via phone, online chat or text:

Kids Helpline

Kids Helpline provides free, qualified support for children and young people aged 5 to 25. Available 24/7 via phone or online chat.

13 Yarn

13 YARN provides 24/7 confidential support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, offering a safe space to talk about mental health, emotional distress, and wellbeing.

Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue provides free, confidential support for mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and related issues. It's available 24/7 via phone or through online chat

Suicide Call Back Service

Suicide Call Back Service offers 24/7 free counselling and support for people at risk of suicide, carers, and those bereaved.

QLife

QLife offers confidential support for LGBTIQA+ individuals, providing peer support, counselling, and referrals for mental health and wellbeing. Available 3pm to midnight every day.

Headspace

Headspace offers support for young people aged 12-25 in mental health, health, education, and employment. Available 9am–1am (AEST), 7 days via phone, online, or at local centres.

MensLine Australia

MensLine Australia is a free 24/7 counselling, information, and referral service for men with relationship, mental health, and wellbeing concerns.
