Dogbeach Cup - Team Entry
Your are entering a team at the Dog Beach Cup for Saturday 19 February 2022 at St Kilda Skatepark.
Before you secure your spots, please make sure you have read the below conditions. By donating and securing a spot for your team in the comp, it means you automatically approve the below conditions. So please read carefully.
A few things first:
- Please, please ensure you place your team name at purchase, so we can tick you off.
- Only one payment per team.
Conditions - By transferring your team entry fee, it means all members in your team agree to the following:
a) Cancelled Event- Should the event be cancelled due to COVID government restrictions, no refund will be provided. The team entry fee is treated as a gift/donation with proceeds going to our mental health causes. We will always try and reschedule the comp however with Surfing Victoria not available until late 2022 this may prove difficult. In the case we can’t hold the comp on the scheduled weekend and we can’t reschedule, each skater will receive a merchandise piece be it DBC branded or from one of the sponsors as a thank you.
b) Rain- We will always aim to deliver the comp on the day set unless it’s impossible. We do have Sunday 20 February as our back up plan. With this, you are agreeing that should the event can’t take place on the Saturday you will be able to attend on the Sunday. If one of the skaters in your team is not able to skate on the Sunday, no refund will be provided and it’s your responsibly to find a replacement.
c) Waiver- All skaters will be asked to sign a waiver on the day. For anyone under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian will be asked to sign. It is each individuals responsibility and personal risk, to choose for themselves if they are able to skate on the day.
